Role Overview:

In this role you are directly collaborating with the Founder & Chief Empowerment Officer of Our Dream School (ODS). You will be his right and left hand during this challenge to innovate education systems around the world. As such you will interact with all the team members, partners and other stakeholders of ODS and have a high level and daily exposure to its constituents. You will have a crucial role in assisting fundraising and will foster our ethos and values globally. You must enjoy having everything under control and making sure that everything runs smoothly with a great attention to detail and people. Transmitting warmth, friendliness and being fun to work with go hand in hand with efficiency for the PA.

Your role will involve:

  • Champion the agenda, arrange travel and handle personal correspondence of the CEO.
  • Prepare presentations for the board, new investors and general meetings.
  • Managing relevant documentation, reports and folders in an on-line shared environment.
  • Interface with team members and other community members.
  • Act as point of contact for external stakeholders.
  • Analyse and translate documents, researching and synthesising information.
  • Prepare, send and follow up on invoices and expense reports.
  • Establish and maintain relations with the partner organisations in Germany.
  • Organising team meetings, retreats and off-site meetings.
  • Ad-hoc project management as needed.

You will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in either an all-rounder assistant job or as EA/PA, ideally with some exposure to start-ups or entrepreneurial high-growth environments.
  • Your English and German must be near-native, plus a good level of Spanish is highly valued.
  • Highly passionate about our purpose and the social impact we create.
  • Experienced in service-oriented roles, you enjoy being detail oriented, exquisite and eloquent in treatment.
  • Flexibility, to handle shifting priorities and be highly intuitive.
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong and analytic executor: You have the talent for simplifying complex ideas and making them happen.
